Here are the two files needed to print off the PDF MK5 VOICE MOD project box as found in the Voice Mod builders manual. No Raft is necessary on the lid use support for the box, and use 100% fill.

On top of the original box for the PDF Voice mod, is what I call the LMAO Box, this is the same box though the wires on the board must be extended to re-arrange the input locations so we can have the chuckle of having the box say L M A O . I know it is a small thing but we DO drive around inside a Dalek so small things that amuse us are worthwhile!
Version 3
Now you have three choices for your Project Dalek Forum MK5 Voice mod. This enclosure lid uses the LMAO box and sports the Project Dalek Forum Logo. I will be using this version for the Canadian Dalek Empire display booth.

Version 3.5
This update is for variety, now included in the files are labeled lids for the type of Dalek you are making the PDF MK5 voice mod for. The new lids have the Dalek version designation in the upper right hand corner. Though this was developed for members with multiple Daleks and need to know what each voice mod is tuned to, it is also nice to have a lid for your specific Dalek type. These are still the LMAO box lids with the PDF LOGO embossed on them.

On the picture with multiple lids you can see the bottom NSD lid is done with 30% fill, very light but too thin in spots. The second from the bottom is the Emperors lid and it has 40% fill this seems just about right and has a nice light feel to it with a solid and even looking top. The top lid is the MK1,2,3 Shawcraft lid and is done with 100% fill it looks quite similar to the Emperors lid but is 3 times the weight.
the picture without the PDF logo is the original version of the box.
No Raft or support is required in any of these lids, however I did have support turned on for both versions of the box to account for the holes.
