You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board. You agree to use the Project Dalek site, forum and documentation solely for non profit making purposes. You agree not to sell or distribute documentation or information gained from this site. You agree not to host or distribute documents/downloads (which originate from Project Dalek or its associated websites and publications) via any other web space or media including, but not limited to, distribution by website, email, torrent and postal services. You agree not to sell links to this site or links to the documentation held herein. You agree not to use Project Dalek as a vehicle for trading in items, parts, materials or media to which you do not hold a copyright or a legitimate license.

 

No claim is made as to the accuracy of plans and other documentation provided. They are made available to members for information purposes only, as is, with no guarantees or warranty. All documents should are subject to constant revision, without prior notice. Occasionally newer versions of plans and other documentation may be offered to subscribing members, before being made generally available. It is the responsibility of the individual to determine which documents they wish to use. Project Dalek accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred from following plans or documents, be they older versions, current versions or versions that have been subject to updates during use. No plans or documents should ever be regarded as 'official', definitive or accurate.

 

You agree that video content uploaded to the Project Dalek Forum may be moved over to the Project Dalek YouTube channel. This is sometimes done in order to save on storage space and bandwidth. Links to moved videos are embedded in their original topics/locations.

 

Social Media

 

Project Dalek uses social media sites (Facebook, Twitter etc.) to help promote activities on the Forum. This often involves the sharing of selected photographs, videos and text posted by members in topics. Only items posted in areas accessible to the general member base are used. No private details or images are used for these purposes. Project Dalek reserves the right to use posted content, as described above. Project Dalek does not make any claim as to the ownership or copyright of such material, which is shared externally in good faith.
