      There was a photo of one of the Daleks in the outside stage area talking to some people sat at a table on "Have I got news for you" . It appeared right at the end of the show ( Friday 26th ). This is repeated on Monday night (29th ).

      Getting the electrics fitted. Made a little cradle for the voice mod box at the front of the shoulders, will stick some foam to it as padding after the thing is painted. If you look closely enough, you will see that I also used some heat-shrink tubing around the antennae bolts - the space between the balls and the bolts is very tight, and the tubing should protect from scratching.   I made a bar to fit to the dome to support the speaker - the speaker will be pointing upwards, towards the apex of the dome - if I recall correctly, this is how I did it for @Simons Daleks Jubilee Parade Red Dalek.   Finally, this is the colour I'm going for; Ford Sea Grey. It was between that and Peugeot Graphite Grey, but I feel the former has a little more silver particles and is hence a touch lighter, and the base is slighly bluer. The below picture was taken when it was very overcast, so I'm looking forward to getting some more pictures taken when the sun is out and seeing how it looks.   Have ordered 6 cans of the grey, so we'll be painting it up very soon - not far from completion! I just hope the weather is on my side next week!

      @Mark Smith I think it must be, as the same shoulders clearly have blockboard-fronted antennae boxes in the 60s, plus the whole internal setup is now different to how it appears in Follow That Dalek. The lower return must have been replaced at some point on Stuarts Dalek too, as that huge chunk of wood is no longer missing.   The antennae retainers may be the only original bit.

      @John Kellywas this antenna board a replacement for Stuarts Dalek.   I think this is why I said ply instead of blockboard.
