About This File

Not quite a Dalek, but definitely inspired by the Dalek's design, and a variation on the Dalek skirt. These plans give you all the information you need to create a life-size replica of the New Series Davros chair, as first seen on 2008 and also featured in 2015. The newly updated plans now include a newly revised introduction. This edition of the plans as been split from the Classic Davros Chair plans, making them easier to follow.

 

To accompany the plans, there is also a PDF file by @Peekaymac containing some drawings of the chair console items. You can download it below:

Released

The overall design of the plans has been refreshed, along with a few minor amendments. The hemisphere and oil seal dimensions on page 5 are now in millimetres. They were previously presented in centimetres, in error.

Hi! A little feedback: seems like there is some error in hemisphere sizing

According to NSP Daleks it has 101,6 diameter 110 diameter surround and 12 surround depth.
At least we need to multiply numbers by 10, or get precise size from NSP Daleks

Numbers on Page 5 of the plans is misleading.

When i made skirt body in fusion360, with exact specified sizes the panels became not flat (see selected face, colored blue):

I'll try to calculate adjusted sizes according to proportions, and provide it here.

Or is there a better place for a feedback and contributions?.

Thank you for clarifying it!
I think that should be mentioned in plans, to avoid future confusions.

Right now, nothing in plans implies that panels are non flat. There are even page 6 with exact sizing for flat panes.

This has now been amended. The previous measurements were in centimetres.
