This is a decently made model! The neck section is a bit empty, maybe add some random details in it, maybe like a proper neck (struts, bolts, etc)
I encountered a few shading issues but that can be fixed with a few loop cuts
It's got some promise to it, though it looks strangely familiar, reminds me of the recon Dalek
Maybe put some textures on it as well! You can get textures from sites like AmbientCG
