I find an Endoscope with Screen invaluable for covering my blind spots.

I have been paying £12-£20 for these - now just £7 on Amazon!

The combined screen and endoscope means no connection issues.

Charges on USB C so can be plugged into a powerbrick while in use.

My bigger/costlier ones white out in bright sunlight or become useless in dark interiors.

These cheap and cheerful models seem unaffected by either of those extreme light conditions so I'll order another one for Two Zero's back up cam.

I've left the originals in too, which work in normal daylight and interior light.

1.5K resistor for the LED for the 9 volt power supply. Removed the flyback diode just in case it was sending up to 1 volt from the cathode terminal and sending it back into the anode terminal. Pin 3 can get up to 6 Volt's. Can vary from about 2.5 to 6.0 Volt's. Depends on the duty cycle.

Hello,   Wich resistor value do you use on the led to the powersupply? A SSR does not need a back emf diode, as it has no coil inside. The extra diode on the SSR side will reduce the voltage on the SSR. What is the voltage on pin 3 when the output is high?   Bertus

Only a 1/4” and 1/2” Makita router 🙂 yes I was thinking of that but resorted to the drill and chisel

Been thinking about the LED's The 555 timer board has a flashing LED that is connect to the power supply. Then flashes on the Off cycle of the timer. SSR has a visible red LED that flashes on the On cycle of the timer.  Maybe some noise is here if the 555 LED is sending false signals to the SSR signal input LED. Their is currently no diode between the timer and the SSR. The flyback diode between anode and Kathode terminal of the SSR got removed. Only the Ultra Fast diode is still connected between Kathode terminal and ground to help provide reverse polarity protection and over voltage protection.
