I saw a photo of that Dalek and thought it might be yours! Those goon shoulders do look lovely on the full Dalek though, would be delightful to see them on a goon skirt someday 😉

Gosh, thank you for such kind words @FriendlyDalek11 and @Dalek gamma. Also apologies to @Drew Wolford for missing his previous post. This build kind of stalled in the end as I struggled to find any time to work on it and then gradually lost the motivation. However, last month I restarted work to get a DTTD Dalek ready for the Dr Who exhibition at Peterborough Museum. There are a number of Daleks on display plus a huge number of excellent props and models from the series, including many which are originals. The exhibition looks amazing and I’m really looking forward to visiting. There is a video showing the displays on YouTube:     I finished up the parts I could in the time available so it has ended up as something of a goon/Shawcraft hybrid at the moment. I hope to update it during the run of the exhibition. I only finished it the day before it was collected and unfortunately forgot to take any pictures. In fact, I’ve not yet seen all of the parts stacked up! Still, it’s given me the Dalek building bug again so I’ll be doing a few more updates soon.

I have met (and been inside!) and especially inspired by this gorgeous piece of history, it's phenomenal work uve done here, as a few have said on here before, for using mainly cardboard, it's a wonderful dalek! It's just, wow, no words to express it, but I have recently found out U are doing another dalek! And unfortunately Gamma might be put away, or (Davros forbid) he'll be cannablised, I'm really hoping he'll be saved in some way. But this piece I bet has inspired so many others, as I said including me, I was gonna do a ressurection drone (One-7) but since my indecisive nature has taken hold I'm unsure, id like to do a custom, but I'll delve into that more later, and on a different page, but well done, just absolutely well done, you 2 have come so far, 5 Metalert stars for you my friend 👏
