    UNO mod case bottom.stl

    UNO mod case bottom.stl
Remixed from "Slim Arduino Uno Case" by Torsten August 21, 2012, available on thingiverse. I editied it in tinker cad, so not the greatest work. The lid doesn't close firmly so i used a bit of velcro over the top. I used tactile switches with a stem height of 13mm, these pop through the holes with a MM or two to press. Be sure to mount these before the LED's so you can use them to judge the height of the LEDs.
I also found that the supports affect the text appearance, maybe best print text side up.
I used screw terminals rather than barrel jacks for the lights so you may need to edit the side entry if you use barrel jacks.
Maybe check the mounting eye, my viewer looks good, but it didn't print very firmly.
It's a bit of a mess, but its a headstart for someone.

  3. More information about ""Idle Dalek" Soundscape"

    "Idle Dalek" Soundscape

This is a thirty minute "Idle Dalek" soundscape, made up of Dalek phrases and music, all separated by silence. This can be used if the Dalek operator needs a break. The Dalek can stand empty, but the sounds will play from time to time.

The file contains a half hour of Dalek speeches, interspersed with music and other Whovian voices and sounds. Check it out to see if it fits the mood you're looking to set with your Dalek - the humour may not mesh with the more serious interstellar battle machines out there.

Note that this file is in MP3 format. It will need to be converted to WAV if you intend to use it with the DVM8.

Voice Modulator Hoder For PDFMod Mk6

I created this file to mount my voice modulator below my legs in the Dalek
it is made to not interfere with any of the buttons.
I added a place to add a strap to hold the modulator in place but the unit is tight enough that you don't really need the straps (but why take a chance)

    Enjoy

    UNO Mod.zip

    Hello all.

This is a wrap up of a project I've been working on for a few months.  It is an Arduino UNO shield based voice modulator with gun sound playback, dome and gun light controls.  Development was documented in the "Arduino Voice Modulator" thread started by Andy Grove, but is not related to the "Ultimate Voice Changer" shield Andy developed.  It just seemed like an appropriate thread to put the information, since it is an Arduino Voice Modulator.

UNO Mod.zip is a wrapper for all the files needed to reproduce or reverse engineer this project.  I'll probably sell them through the Sec's Shop, but being in the U.S. my reach around the world for such a low cost item is practically limited by shipping costs.  If anyone wants to produce these anywhere in the world (including the U.S.) for yourself, or for others, I have no objection.  If you sell them, be reasonable with the price, and plan to support your own customers.  In this file are more files:

UNOMod Explained.pdf is a free form dump of information attempting to explain how it works.
UNO Mod Code.zip  contains the folder with the code file you will need to put in your Arduino sketchbook folder to upload to your UNO.  Feel free to modify it as needed.
UNO Mod Eagle Files.zip contains the schematic and board files you can use as a starting point to modify the design.
UNO Mod Gerbers.zip is the file you can send to a circuit board manufacturer to have a batch of boards made identical to what I developed.

That's it.  I hope someone finds it useful, interesting, or educational.

  6. More information about "TinyMod Voice Modulator"

    TinyMod Voice Modulator

TinyMod_1_2.zip is the file that contains the code.  You will need some experience with Arduino UNO microcontrollers, and some idea how to program an ATtiny85 microcontroller using an Arduino UNO as a programmer.  This can be considered an Arduino project, though it isn't quite as simple as slapping a shield on an UNO and uploading the code.  Feel free to ask if you need help with this.  I can point you in the right direction.

TinyModBasic1.2-eagle.zip contains the schematic and board file for this version of the TinyMod.  Feel free to modify it to your liking if you feel so inclined.  Let me know if you come up with something interesting and we can put together a revision.  A surface mount version maybe...?

TinyModBasic1.2-gerber.zip contains the gerber files that you can use to order a batch of boards identical to that posted about on 12/30/16 in the TinyMod thread.  You can upload this .zip file as is to a PCB manufacturer such as www.PCBWAY.com to obtain a batch.  No need to unzip the file, though you are welcome to do so.  Modifications to the design would be easier starting from the eagle schematic and board files though.

I hope someone finds this useful, or at least interesting.

    Enjoy!
    Mike

    Dalek Sabertooth DEScribe Configuration File

This file is intended to be used in conjunction with the Dalek Motorisation Guide (using a Sabertooth 2x32A controller) booklet, also available from the Downloads area, here. This file can be uploaded into the Sabertooth controller in order to set it up correctly for use as a Dalek remote control system. See page 8 of the booklet for more information.

    Simple Speaker Holder

Another File from Ray Arell. this speaker holder has been useful on a few occasions it allows me to point Nyders speaker in a direction that causes no feedback. It is simple not specific to Daleks but nonetheless very useful in a Dalek.

From Ray Arell--I needed a speaker holder for a 8 ohm speaker with a 33mm ring to clamp the back magnet.
