"Eve of the Daleks" Gatling Gun for NSD. Full Size, Rotating
By threegringos
This is the NSD "Gatling Gun" weapon as seen on the trailers for the 2022 New Year's episode "Eve of the Daleks".
This 3D model was made before the episode aired, so the scren shots were very limited. It looks accurate to my eye, however more details may become apparent once we get to see the entire episode.
I used Fusion360 to create this model. It's split into multiple parts for ease of printing.
You will need to provide a 25.4mm (1 inch) diameter pipe for the arm, and also mount a suitable 102mm (4 inch) ball-joint. I always use magic 8-ball toys for my ball joint.
The eight small pipes coming out of the rear of the gun part are 6mm diameter. You can either print them from my files, or optionally use stainless steel drinking straws, cut to length.
I did include an internal gear in the main body of the gun, and an additional pinion gear in case somebody wants to motorize the rotation of the weapon. I haven't had time to figure that out yet.

1960s Egg Cup
By monkeytennis
This model comprises a 1960s egg cup model used on the Daleks between The Chase and The Evil of the Daleks.
I own a set of original egg cups and this model was made using measurements from the actual item.
It's in OBJ format. There is a second object in the file. This is a cube of precisely one meter in all dimensions. This is an aid for scaling if necessary.

2005 Hemispheres
By ddoherty958
I wanted to give something back to PDF, so here are my NSD (2005) Hemis. I used the early dimensions because it'll use less filament, but it's only a 2mm difference.

By ddoherty958
These are the 2005 full size slats. I had some difficult with the rear of the wide slat, It may need sanding to get a good fit. I may upload a second version once I get it on my NSD.

300mm_ISD_Gun_Collar.skp
By Ferrain
This sketchup file produces a 3D model of a robust (chunky) classic gun rod collar when exported to STL & the 3D printer of your choice.
The reason I have uploaded it as a Sketchup file (in a zip format), is that if you select the whole model, then press , the model is surrounded by a cube which allows you to increase or decrease the overall model size, allowing you to tailor the inside diameter of the collar, to the outside diameter of the gun barrel.
It allows for about 5mm depth of support for a gun rod (once drilled out to suit your rods) to be affixed with epoxy resin of similar.
Earlier versions of the file produced one defective gun rod support - This model has extruded all pushed all the outer faces of the supports back into the main collar in a attempt to correct that defect. Should that not be the case, then I will create a new model when I get chance.
In HQ 0.1mm layer height & 5% infill it takes about 1.2 hours to print on a Makerbot Replicator 2.

3d printable NDP Shoulders
By Chris Moliere
Here it is! This thing took an eternity to design, and would have taken much longer if the Loft tool didn't exist. There are 66 bodies in this, which I might need to rename soon, but I think their size will help with their placement. Enjoy!

3d Printable Shawcraft Skirt
By Chris Moliere
I scaled this model for my Prusa Mini, in order to print all the parts for it. I designed this to use for making a fiberglass mold, but with some modification, it might be able to be actually be used on a prop. However, if you decide to do so, you would most likely need to print the parts with 100% infill for push-through hemis. Enjoy!

3d Printed Plunger
By Jack Grace
A 3d Print file for a Plunger, may be a little angular but nothing an upscale and some sandpaper can't fix. Already has a hole in the bottom for any screws or axles or whatever your classic dalek has planned. The lip was crafted by yours truly to match the standard movie dalek, but can be used on any classic dalek.
I'm super excited because it is one of the first 3d design files I created on my own, but feel free to modify it however you want.

70's Dalek Eyes 1 - Day of the Daleks high poly STL.
By ansonjames
No supports required except for the back of the eye, remove supports on this part and insert the ring which is for aligning the front and the back of the eye.
If the part layout is too big for your print bed just separate the parts in printing software or import into Microsoft 3D builder (free software) edit file and split keeping both top and bottom.
Parts are oriented for best printing speed and quality - 20% infill, 3 perimeters recommended. Send me a PM if you need assistance!
11MM diameter hole is for the eye stalk/pivot files which I'll upload soon, the finished prints are kept together with an M10 threaded bar and nuts.

70's Dalek eyes 2 - Genesis of the Daleks style eye
By ansonjames
No supports required except for the back of the eye, remove supports on this part and insert the ring which is for aligning the front and the back of the eye.
You may need to reduce the size of the joiner to 99% to help it fit into the recesses, do this in your slicer and scaling.
I recommend 20% infill and 3 perimeters. Send me a PM if you need assistance!

60's/70's Style plunger created using the newer plans. Can be printed with FDM or SLA.
I added a rod at the bottom to slide onto the last stage of the arm, if you don't intend to use this part then you can import into Microsoft 3D builder, go to edit and split model.

Alternative Dome Light Cages for use with Quilted Mason Jars
By anthony lathrop
Instead of the canonical MoFlash dome light lenses, my son and I used 1/4 pint quilted Mason jars (widely available in the US, not sure about elsewhere).
The jars are a bit shorter and squatter than the MoFlash lenses and they have a diamond embossed pattern instead of the vertical grooves - but they look pretty close and behave similarly when lit from inside.
These files comprise dome light cages that fit the Mason jars.
The .stl files are low poly.
Also including the solidworks files so you can make your own high poly .stl files if desired.

ball joint clamps
By Simchet
Weapon ball joint clamps.
You need two of each part, 8 off M6x100mm hex head screws, 8 off M6 mashers, 8 off M6 wing nuts 8 off 3x15 countersunk woodscrews.
The clamps sandwich the 100mm diameter spheres. Put the M6 bolts into the captive sockets and then screw this onto the inside of the gun box. Fit the weapons, then the 2nd clamp ring and then the washers and wing nuts. Adjust how free/tight you want the weapon to be with the wing nuts.
CAD file is in RS Design Spark Mechanical format (free 3D CAD). If you change the extension to .sdoc then it will also open in Ansys Spaceclaim (not free) and maybe other CAD packages.

Cdngoose 2008 Davros
By cdngoose
Included in this package of STL files are all the parts I have printed off for my 2008 Davro's panel. Also included are the measured blueprints for each piece. This way you can ensure the parts are exact or re-size them to fit your panels. Please look to Cdngoose 2008 Davro's build for information on how they were created and used. All of these files were created for me by Phillip McNulty, I owe him a Huge Thank You for not only making me these STL files from his CAD drawings but for allowing me to share them with all PDF members.
All files were printed in PLA filament as well as the rubber boots were also printed in flexible PLA
Hope these help others in their building process. Though they do not make exact reproductions of the TV show parts I believe they are more than close enough that when fans take pictures while standing beside Davro's they will be very pleased!

Classic Dalek Appendage Electrode Unit
By Luke S
A Zip File of the whole items is in the download to save up download room.
I Made the Electrode Unit from The Chase. Noting really about this model but that you will need to make the coil around the prongs and they are blue just to let you know and that this may need to be split into parts. if anyone want to link the split up one in the comments go ahead. You may just want to build this when 3d printing is stronger. This in my opinion is the worst looking appendages I have made

Classic Dalek Appendage Seismic Detector
By Luke S
A Zip File of the whole items is in the download to save up download room.
There are 7 parts, the Bottom Half, numbers, the top, white band, outer gyro ring, inner gyro ring, and Diel. There are already to holes in the print for the dial thingy that spins and the rods that connect to the gyro. The holes for the rods in the print are 4 mm in diameter. US Also You may need to add washers around the pins to stop the rings from sliding off. Thanks to @James O and @Dave'O for there estimated gused blueprints.

I'm in my late 60's. I live in Australia and have always enjoyed Doctor Who from the very first episode aired here around 1965 when I was 9 years old. Thought how amazing it would be to have a Dalek but had no idea how or where to even begin UNTIL I came across this site. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to at least be able to start on a Dalek build and will detail my progress as it goes along.

I'm in my 50s and have since I was a boy watching Dr Who in the 70s always dreamed of making a Dalek for fun, now I have the time and resources, along with your forum's help it's time to live that dream.
I have watched some of the members videos, and I am very impressed with what I have seen.
Long live the Who verse.
I will document my progress and share any innovations I make
