PDF Voice Modulator Mk5e
By elembivos
"PDFMk5e Gerbers.zip" holds the Gerber files you may use to order your own batch of circuit boards from online sellers such as www.pcbway.com or www.firstpcb.com. You do not need to unzip the file to inspect it's contents, though you are welcome to do so. When ordering from one of the mentioned websites you would upload this whole zip file as is.
"PDF Mk5e Eagle Files.zip" contains the eagle schematic and board files. You can use these to make modifications to the design, which you are free to do for your own use. If you make significant modifications, please do not distribute them under the PDF Voice Mod name or Mk numbering scheme. If you make modifications that you think others would benefit the from, please PM them to elembivos, and I will make an effort to work them into the next design if they are compatible with the direction John and I would like it to go. Keep in mind this is intended to be a simple to construct and cost effective solution for those who would like to provide their Daleks with a voice. Major modifications to the design that complicate the build or significantly impact the cost will not likely be incorporated. That said, if you would like to make those major modifications for your own benefit, please do, and let everyone know how you did it.

PDF Mk5e Voice Mod Case
By threegringos
This case fits the Project Dalek MK5e voice mod, developed by members of projectdalek.com community.
I wanted something to showcase and pay honour to the creators of this awesome void mod, so I opted to add some text and the PDF logo to the lid.
The holes are all reinforced, and sized to the connectors in the parts list detailed in the plans.
I made this file from scratch using Fusion360. Its a tiny bit smaller than the existing case, and fits the board more snugly.
It looks really nice if you fill in the low lying areas with some contrasting paint. I printed mine in bronze and added black paint to the text and logo.

Project Dalek Voice Modulator Assembly Manual (Mk5e circuit)
By John
The assembly manual for the latest version of the Project Dalek voice modulator, designed and written by @elembivos.
Note: This Mk5e assembly manual replaces the earlier Mk3 booklet.
This manual gives you all the details you need to put together a voice modulator which sounds great and is also cost effective. You will need to source your own components in order to use this manual. However, PCBs will be available from time to time, via the Forum. Check out the Support Topic for the latest information on what is currently available. This booklet can also be used in conjunction with the files located here and here, which will allow you to order PCBs directly from a PCB manufacturer. If you have access to a 3D printer, you can print your own case/enclosure.
This manual is also available to buy as a full colour printed booklet. Click here for details.

I'm in my late 60's. I live in Australia and have always enjoyed Doctor Who from the very first episode aired here around 1965 when I was 9 years old. Thought how amazing it would be to have a Dalek but had no idea how or where to even begin UNTIL I came across this site. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to at least be able to start on a Dalek build and will detail my progress as it goes along.

I'm in my 50s and have since I was a boy watching Dr Who in the 70s always dreamed of making a Dalek for fun, now I have the time and resources, along with your forum's help it's time to live that dream.
I have watched some of the members videos, and I am very impressed with what I have seen.
Long live the Who verse.
I will document my progress and share any innovations I make

Great set of models that printed and fitted together really easily. Can't comment on accuracy as I'm no expert but very happy with the result
