Scale NSD
By Mark Casto
Well, I have now printed out my first Dalek and I absolutely love it! Here are the gcode files for the Dalek and weapons sliced and ready to print if anyone else would like to print one out Im using the Ender 3 Neo and have just kept the standard setting. You will need to trim off the plastic around the weapons but it's no big deal the original Dalek is from Thingiverse if you want to give the creator a coffee awesome Dalek.

NSD Lower Neck Ring Segments (For 200mm bed)
By jaguwa68
Lower ring segments that incorporate the strut knuckle. x4 of N101 and x4 N102 required to complete the ring. The N102 includes a feature to fix in an M6 x 50 nut and bolt to locate the neck assembly to the shoulders at a later date. I glued each segment together one after the other using superglue and clamps, then filled on both the underside and the joints using U-pol Fantastic two part body filler. An alternative to wooden routed rings if, like me, your router (and routing skills!) are a bit dodgy.

Dalek MK3 Slats
By Ferrain
Dalek MK3 Slats.
Suitable for 3D printing or on a CNC machine - Holes are 2mm in diameter.
Accurate as per the latest MK3 Plans - Caveat I always assumed the slats were metal like the collars, not acrylic consequently the thickness reflects the width of the collars\belts (Unless John & co can update me).
It looks as though these will be time intensive to 3D print (2.5 hours per large slat), if you are using a glass build plate (Like moi), a nice smooth glossy finish should be produced.
Update - Additional info & picture.
First Small Slat Printed (It lifted a bit on the build plate).
New Sailfish firmware installed away from stock Makerware gives additional information as to the amount of material (Height increased to 2.5mm with settings at 0.1mm layer height & 8% Infill) - 1 hour 21 mins build time, 6M of filament.

Renegade_Dalek_Kit.zip
By audrey2
I ended up modifying quite a lot of the pieces so they now all fit together and print really well. It's a great balance between detail and ease of construction. So I have no doubt that any member of Project Dalek would be able to assemble it. It's a great deal simpler than the NSD, which was more designed for me with other people being able to assemble it simply being an afterthought.
As such I've created an instruction manual for anyone interested in either putting the model together or simply seeing how it was designed.

Classic eyeball and pivot
By Huxster2000
The 3D models I used to print the eyestalk for my Power of the Daleks build. The parts here are designed to accept an inner tube 25mm in diameter and outer tube sections 32mm in diameter. The hole through the side of the eye pivot is sized for an m8 threaded bar.

Classic Dalek gun cage base rings
By BlueHinter
Two 29mm rings designed to form the front and back of a classic series Dalek gun cage. Interior dimensions designed to snugly fit 1" conduit, with a slight gap in the center for adding glue.
The 8 holes around the perimeter should be about the right size for the cage pieces if using old coat hangers, but can easily be drilled out to any size required.

NDP Neck Rings
By threegringos
I created these files for Orin - my NDP Dalek build. All measurements were taken from the PDF plans.
You need to print 12 of each file. I used PLA with 1mm wall thickness and 10% fill, but I would advise to go thicker - maybe 1.5mm, as the parts will warp under direct sunlight. Alternatively, try using ABS, which is less sensitive to ambient temperature.
For assembly, start at the bottom with Layer 1, then build up as follows: Layer 2 base, Layer 2, Layer 3 base, Layer 3, Layer 4 base, Layer 4. I added some strength by offsetting each base layer so that the joints did not all align vertically.

Genesis Dome Lenses
By Firebiro
This is a much sought after model of the Dome lenses for the 70's Day of the Daleks - Genesis of the Daleks Wipac lenses, intended to be printed at 100% to have the 69.9mm diameter. You can download the model and remove one instance to print one at a time, I have checked this model on Shapeways and it appears to pass all their tests, n.b. if using shapeways use the Print it anyway option

Full Scale Shawcraft Dalek Dome
By Chris Moliere
My class just gave us Fusion 360 accounts, so I whipped this up in my spare time. This is based on the most recent Shawcraft Dalek plans, as of upload. Since my printer doesn't have the proper build volume to accommodate the entire dome, it has been split into sixths. Enjoy!

Dalek Plunger Variety Pack
By Chris Moliere
This is a set of Dalek plungers created using the profiles in the plans. All are here, save the NSD plunger. I designed them to be printed in flex filament, so they might need some finishing. Use for whatever you like, but you can credit me if you want!

Full Size Movie Dalek Fender (1st or 2nd Films)
By Chris Moliere
FINALLY! This thing took an eternity to split into smaller parts, but it's complete! This can be used for both movies: If you are making a 1st movie Dalek, print all 60 parts, but if you're making a 2nd movie Dalek, print ONLY parts 1-35, and use rubber sheeting for the rest of the fender. This thing will probably take several months or more to print, but it will be worth it! Have fun!

Dalek Thompson Submachine Gun
By Peekaymac
I drew these up so that my spotter could easily be in costume as a recognizable character that wasn't restrictive or limited movement. Basically they just need to wear 1930's style clothing and carry the Thompson and it's done. Oddly I didn't 3D print my own version - it was made by hand but I subsequently made these files for others to use.
You'll need:
6x Barrel Tines
2x Magazine Side 1
I have each of the magazine faces mirrored on my model but I can't remember why now.
1x each of everything else
I allowed 1.75mm pin holes for joining all the parts together.
Any questions please ask.

Imperial Emperor/Davros Parts
By Chris Moliere
These are the parts for the Imperial Emperor from Remembrance of the Daleks, all in full scale. Please note that I didn't include the skirt, as that is a lot easier to construct from wood or fiberglass. I also didn't slice this set, so people could cut the file to their preferences. I would recommend printing the eye in flexible filament, since I use the straight measurements for its model; the outside is higher than the inside to help make painting it easier. Also, the dome thicknesses vary from 6-8 mm, so if you want it any different thicknesses, feel free to contact me. Please enjoy!

NSD Supreme Parts
By Chris Moliere
This is a set of 3d printable parts for the NSD Supreme, using a combination of photos of the original prop from episodes and events, @acrylikhan and @bec weir's build diaries, and some of the dimensions listed in the plans. It was very difficult, given that the plans only give a rough approximation of the measurements. The parts here are the the bases for the front and side clamps, the clamps themselves, the neck furniture, and the light plinths. Enjoy!

Full Scale Shawcraft Dalek Dome Model and Negative
By Omeganinjaboy
The dome is based on the Version 3.1 Movie plans (so the eye slot is higher than other classic domes), though the negative and back half files are consistent with other classic domes dimentionally. You could just print two back halves if you do not want a movie dome and cut the eye slot yourself. I would advise you consult the dome dimentions in the Version 3.1 Movie plans and compare them against the dimentions of your own plans if you are building a different classic dome.
This is a 3D printable Dalek dome model that has a curved eye slot rather than a rectangle extruded one making it more accurate to the real thing (It took quite a while to figure out how to make a hole based on a curved measurement in CGI). The front and back halves are provided, but you will have to slice it up if the model is bigger than your printer's build volume. The skinny dome is half an inch (1.27cm) thick and the normal one is one inch (2.54cm) thick. There are lower poly and higher poly (HD) variants of most files. A negative of the dome is also included for you want to use however you wish.

3d Printable Shawcraft Skirt
By Chris Moliere
I scaled this model for my Prusa Mini, in order to print all the parts for it. I designed this to use for making a fiberglass mold, but with some modification, it might be able to be actually be used on a prop. However, if you decide to do so, you would most likely need to print the parts with 100% infill for push-through hemis. Enjoy!

TDP Dome - Whole STL, Plus Meshmixer Cut STL Files
By TimW
I drafted a TDP dome based on the plans from the forum using Fusion 360, diameter 500mm, height 190mm, arc radius 260mm. I used the revolve function from a sketch to get the dome shape then punched a hole in it where the eye is to go. I split up the dome STL into about 17 pieces (the number varied with on various attempts) using Meshmixer (top tip use plane cut with Cut Type - slice and Fill Type - remeshed fill.

I'm in my late 60's. I live in Australia and have always enjoyed Doctor Who from the very first episode aired here around 1965 when I was 9 years old. Thought how amazing it would be to have a Dalek but had no idea how or where to even begin UNTIL I came across this site. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to at least be able to start on a Dalek build and will detail my progress as it goes along.

I'm in my 50s and have since I was a boy watching Dr Who in the 70s always dreamed of making a Dalek for fun, now I have the time and resources, along with your forum's help it's time to live that dream.
I have watched some of the members videos, and I am very impressed with what I have seen.
Long live the Who verse.
I will document my progress and share any innovations I make

Great set of models that printed and fitted together really easily. Can't comment on accuracy as I'm no expert but very happy with the result
