TDP Eyestalk
By cdngoose
This file was produced by Mr_Tesla, and can also be found on Thingverse. He has included the rights for anyone to use this file in any manner they deem fit. I have used this as a possible replacement for dreadnaughts eye and also as a display booth piece acting as a Dalek Periscope as seen on Asylum of the Daleks

Shawcraft Eye V2
By cdngoose
This file is for the Shawcraft version of the Eye and is Version 2 already, I normally install the eye on a 3/4 inch ABS threaded tube so version 1 has an opening to accept that setup. However, everyone has a different way of installing the eye to the eyestalk and I had this file altered to allow the builder a choice of what size hole they need. Though this file does have a pilot hole which is centered for you already. The picture you see is the Eye I do have installed on Nyder and I will only use this file from now on when I'm making a Shawcraft Dalek! No more magic 8 ball and a can of tomato soup with 10 pounds of Bondo!
Once again I need to Thank Philip McNulty for all his efforts in drawing up these parts for me and for all PDF members.
Their are two inserts for this Eye which will cover most years of Shawcraft Daleks included in this download.

70's Dalek Eyes 1 - Day of the Daleks high poly STL.
By ansonjames
No supports required except for the back of the eye, remove supports on this part and insert the ring which is for aligning the front and the back of the eye.
If the part layout is too big for your print bed just separate the parts in printing software or import into Microsoft 3D builder (free software) edit file and split keeping both top and bottom.
Parts are oriented for best printing speed and quality - 20% infill, 3 perimeters recommended. Send me a PM if you need assistance!
11MM diameter hole is for the eye stalk/pivot files which I'll upload soon, the finished prints are kept together with an M10 threaded bar and nuts.

3d Printable Shawcraft Skirt
By Chris Moliere
I scaled this model for my Prusa Mini, in order to print all the parts for it. I designed this to use for making a fiberglass mold, but with some modification, it might be able to be actually be used on a prop. However, if you decide to do so, you would most likely need to print the parts with 100% infill for push-through hemis. Enjoy!

Imperial Dalek Plunger v002
By Aaron J Climas
Thanks to Shane for helping me out with dimensions on this! Dalek Candi has an Imperial plunger that has original heritage. He was kind enough to measure up his plunger for me and I have build a 3D model of it based on those dimensions.
To my eyes, the front feels too big, however I haven't seen an original in hand, or printed this one yet. So I can't judge.
The rear section I have deliberate made quite soft, as the original casts are, and I feel doing a perfect computer set of straight angles wouldn't give the right feeling to the whole thing. There are only 120 verts around the circumference, I could potentially increase that if anyone wanted to make a more detailed print than that. Most people, I imagine will be using relatively low end printers that will require cleanup anyway, so I don't think it should be a problem.
Potentially if required I could split it to a front and back, so the front dish/ surround could be printed, then the rear 'tower' printed and then joined. In my experience prints often warp somewhere and joining like that often ends up with parts that don't join well.
It was created in Autodesk Maya, and the front ring should be about 120mm to give sense of overall scale. Please give me a shout and show images if you print it, as I would love to see the results.
All the best,
Aaron

Classic Dalek Pivot
By Ferrain
If printing the Genesis 5.5" Tapered Eye Stalk - The pivot should not be printed first in the event that the pivot insert shears & can't be refitted.
Print with a raft to allow ease of joining the halves.
PivotJan8FFV4.stl - Flat faced (no insert for eye stalk) with threaded bar channel - Choose this one if you have a eye stalk that will not fit into the 1" insert (or if the insert has sheared during the printing).
PivotJan8INSV4.stl - Insert 1" diameter 1.1cm depth hole to accommodate straight or tapered eye stalks.
Print the guide 4mm diameter pin for ease of assembling the two halves if required.
Print time on standard profile MB Replicator 2 should take about 2.5 - 3 hours & use 2.5 39g (0.09IIb) on standard quality print settings for each half.

SWD Dalek Neck Bin
By Chris Moliere
This was created using the dimensions listed in the new plans, as well as some approximations for the handles. This model will remain unsliced so that people can scale it for their own printers. I filled in the top to allow people to mold the bin in fiberglass or silicone (for slush casting/rotocasting.) I will update this model once new dimensions are found, or if there are inaccuracies. Enjoy!

Dalek Destiny Bomb
By Luke S
I just finished making my other 3d print of the Dalek Destiny Bomb. I notice people were looking what the bombs were, but could not find what it was, So i decide to make this. The Yellow band Is Not in the File! You should use yellow paper like the prop did!
If you find that its measurements should be changed then tell me and I will update them.
IF You have Downloaded any of my Prints please Pm if I have added or edited it, so i can send you the newest copy.

NSD Gunbox Detail
By Macropod80
I've done this in two layers to make the flat faces easier to sand (before sticking them together). I had trouble getting them to stay flat while printing, so ended up having to print them in halves to prevent lifting. I'd recommend painting them on both sides before screwing them on, to ensure they don't start curling up at the corners as time passes. I've noticed that's happened to some of the BBC Daleks.

NDP Neck Rings
By threegringos
I created these files for Orin - my NDP Dalek build. All measurements were taken from the PDF plans.
You need to print 12 of each file. I used PLA with 1mm wall thickness and 10% fill, but I would advise to go thicker - maybe 1.5mm, as the parts will warp under direct sunlight. Alternatively, try using ABS, which is less sensitive to ambient temperature.
For assembly, start at the bottom with Layer 1, then build up as follows: Layer 2 base, Layer 2, Layer 3 base, Layer 3, Layer 4 base, Layer 4. I added some strength by offsetting each base layer so that the joints did not all align vertically.

Classic Dalek Appendage Electrode Unit
By Luke S
A Zip File of the whole items is in the download to save up download room.
I Made the Electrode Unit from The Chase. Noting really about this model but that you will need to make the coil around the prongs and they are blue just to let you know and that this may need to be split into parts. if anyone want to link the split up one in the comments go ahead. You may just want to build this when 3d printing is stronger. This in my opinion is the worst looking appendages I have made

NSD Eye Front
By Mr McGoo
I created my own CAD files for the NSD eye to print because I wasn't happy with any that I found, they all needed some unsightly supports.
I designed these to be easy print (I did mine on an Ender 3, came out great) The front section doesn't need supports, orientate it so the front section faces up and it'll print nicely. The back section needs a support in the middle to print the stem, which broke off easily for me. Tolerances are pretty tight and will need some light sanding to make it a little looser. Then you just have to drill your holes for your allen bolts and you're good to go!

Eye Ball mk3.stl
By pugwash
It's possible to print the main body (black) in about 11 hours at 0.2 resolution on an Ender 3 with very little support around the base. Infill of 20% is plenty. I've made this for a 30mm diameter eye stalk with a mm to spare.
This was intended as a one-off for my own Genesis Dalek but feel free to tinker.

I'm in my late 60's. I live in Australia and have always enjoyed Doctor Who from the very first episode aired here around 1965 when I was 9 years old. Thought how amazing it would be to have a Dalek but had no idea how or where to even begin UNTIL I came across this site. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to at least be able to start on a Dalek build and will detail my progress as it goes along.

I'm in my 50s and have since I was a boy watching Dr Who in the 70s always dreamed of making a Dalek for fun, now I have the time and resources, along with your forum's help it's time to live that dream.
I have watched some of the members videos, and I am very impressed with what I have seen.
Long live the Who verse.
I will document my progress and share any innovations I make
